Upon completion, you will be able to print your certificate and a wallet card, as well as a customizable form which can be used by employers as needed to observe the worker's application of the principles discussed during the training.

Forklift Fundamentals
This lesson is designed to provide workers with an awareness of the federal safety regulations for operating a forklift. The 5-lesson curriculum fulfills the formal-instruction portion of forklift operator certification training, and is designed to precede practical operator training and site-specific training. This lesson presents some fundamental information about operating a forklift, common hazards associated with operating a forklift, and the training requirements.
